Finance office information


​The Cashier’s Office will close for the year at 1.00pm on Thursday, 30 November, 2017.  

No over the counter payments can be made after this date.

Payments between Friday, 1 December 2017 and Monday, 15 January 2018 can be made via BPoint, Internet banking and QParents.

Invoices for Resource Fees and Subject Fees will be emailed week commencing 8 January 2018. 

Preferred method of payment is by BPoint. BPoint payments can be made easily by clicking the link on the bottom of your invoice.

​Changes to Credit Card payments

​To comply with new digital security measures all schools have been directed to cease accepting credit card payments over the phone. To pay by phone, parents/customers will need to phone 1300 631 073. CRN and Invoice numbers are required to complete payment. Alternatively parents/customers can click on the link at the bottom of the invoice and this will take you to the website and pre-populate details required.​
