Environment council

The Benowa State High School’s environment council is a primarily student run organisation operating with in school boundaries. A meeting is held weekly under the supervision of biology teacher, Mrs Cerato. The group’s primary concern revolves around making the school not only more environmentally friendly but also make student more aware of the environmental implications of their actions within the home. The council is always looking for new and enthusiastic members; any students interested in joining the council should feel free to come any meeting during the aforementioned time and place.
