BSB20115-Certificate II in Business

This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of junior administrative positions who perform a range of mainly routine tasks using limited practical skills and fundamental operational knowledge in a defined context.  Individuals in these roles generally work under direct supervision. 

Students will complete 12 units of competency. One of these units is a core unit and 11 are electives:

Benefits

The qualification has been developed while consulting with industry to ensure that students are ready for the workplace.

On completion, students will receive a stand-alone qualification and 4 points towards their QCE.

Students will develop skills that could lead to BSB30115 or future BSB qualifications.

What do students need?

A laptop to complete all assessments and demonstrate competency.
