School Building Fund donations
Benowa State High School has established a school building fund to receive donations. On payment you are issued with a receipt from the Benowa State High School Building Fund, which is tax deductible. We are seeking support from each family with a contribution of $50/student or $100/family towards various building works, including capital improvements and maintenance, and installation and maintenance of fixtures at the school.

In previous years, these funds have been utilised by the P&C to projects such as:
- assisting with the installation of air conditioning in the Sports hall
- building a new Performing Arts teaching precinct and refurbishing an existing Performing Arts building
- refurbishment of the school canteen
Our school has many facilities priorities, these include:
- Classroom refurbishments
- Refurbishment of specialist teaching areas
- Upgrading student amenities
- Development of outdoor learning areas and landscaping
- New and improved sporting facilities
- Additional shade and seating for students
