Our school is registered for the delivery of vocational courses through the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA) as delegate for Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA).

​Certificate III in Dance is a nationally accredited course designed for students who are passionate about dance and are considering a future in the Performing arts, Performing arts industry or related fields.

​The RSA – Responsible Service of Alcohol provides the skills and knowledge for individuals to safely perform service in the industry. This course, is a half day course delivered at Benowa State High School.

The Barista demonstrates to employers that the student has learnt to make coffee to an acceptable standard. This course is a full day course delivered at Benowa State High School.

While studying for a QCE students are also able to enroll in TAFE at schools' courses. TAFE offers a large range of certificates and qualifications that contribute to the QCE as well as give students a head start in their chosen career.
